All personal data collected is strictly functional to the stipulation of the contract and the management of related obligations (such as invoicing, debt collection, and fulfillment of tax, accounting, and administrative obligations). The collection of other data, such as that required to apply improved or optimal terms and conditions, is mandatory pursuant to applicable legal and contractual provisions. Failure to collect such data will prevent the stipulation of the contract from being applied.
The personal data collected is processed by the Data Processors listed below and by employees or agents of the undersigned company who need to know such data in order to perform their duties (for example, personnel in the administrative, accounting and manufacturing departments). Your personal data may be disclosed to banks (where applicable) for the management of collections and payments, to third parties appointed to perform activities related and instrumental to this processing, to public authorities and administrations in compliance with legal obligations, to third parties appointed to perform routine and/or extraordinary maintenance of computer archives and to auditing/accounting firms. The role of the Data Protection Authority

once the preliminary investigation has been completed, if the complaint is not unfounded and there are grounds for adopting a measure, the Guarantor may, even before the conclusion of the proceedings, adopt the measures pursuant to Article 58 of the Regulation and Article 56, accepting the related violations.

Articles 78 and 79 of the regulation regarding the application of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as well as the right to compensation for damages pursuant to Article 82 of the same Regulation, are under the jurisdiction of the ordinary judicial authorities.
